I finally got some time on my hands to do more Toy Photography and test out some new equipment 😀 This is a montage of a couple of shots for GSC’s Shinobu and FigFX’s (surprise) Shinobu. I’m still working on controlling the vignette for my new Tamron 24-70 but in most cases it’s desirable (like most of my portraiture work, etc). I still like the output but the vignette breaks the continuity for the stitched image. Kurumi isn’t my top Date A live character unless when she goes into her Yandere mode (sorry Yoshino, Kotori) and I’m so glad they made a figure for her. Griffon has a scale figure for her which was a pleasant surprise when her finished product came up (the prototype was bad, really bad) so I’m still on the fence whether or not to regret not getting it–but hey, at least GSC stepped up and made cute nendoroid for her :D.
